You can find little people in the Russian -speaking environment, completely indifferent to the « orderly of the dungeons ». A quarter, as usual, love, they hate a quarter, another ten percent somewhere between, but also towards sympathy, which they cannot really explain. The rest, as they are found, do not know.
Dozens, funny reviews, serious reviews, analysis, flyers, and just passages came to the “orderlies”. Personally, I passed them on Twoitch God, how many years ago, when the grass was greener, and Twitch is much more tolerant of certain lexical forms.
What can I say, even the Rebbe Nesterman himself made a video about the game where the curious, but meaningless design about the « art of security forces » derives. Yeah, after Nesterman about the game and there is nothing to tell.
But I will probably try.
In general, let’s look at one of the best RPGs that were generally produced in our country.

The first « orderlies » became an event to which the whole industry went, plunging into the darkness.
Firstly, this is a goblin. Dmitry Yuryevich Puchkov in the world, who had already managed to become famous outside the game as a bald uncle, ridiculously translating films by that time. The personality is extremely ambiguous, but as of the beginning of the zero, he has not yet managed to reborn into the demon that broadcasts from the state contract from everywhere, the main channel on YouTube is no longer no longer.
How was it? Initially, there was the book of the same name, which was nothing more than a multiplayer guide in the game Quake, which was written for the magazine “Navigator of the Game World”.
It was written and published for a long time, with feeling, with a proper, with a placement, the “navigator” was only glad to publish these sheets of the text from a slow talent – at least they did not have to think about what to occupy five or ten pages in the next issue. There was little money, there was almost no advertisement, and I had to invent a genre of computer gloss on the go.
But the magazine « Game.exe ”, by the way, refused to publish this opus, for which he would fall into the future in Dimyurych in disgrace, as a magazine in which fools work, that they do not understand anything in the publishing business. History put everything in its place – “Game.EXE ”closed in 2006, and the“ navigator ”plus minus flounders so far, becoming a cozy harbor for a different kind of player veterans-like a revived and again closed“ from a screw ”.
The initial edition of the Great Roman stretched from the 98th to the 99th year, rising there just under default, and as soon as it stabilized, first published in other magazines, and, subsequently, pushed out on its own black and yellow website.
The short age of computer gloss as a whole was a specific one, the fact that the multi -page and lengthy texts of the Goblin about Kveik came in to the public, much speaks of the then society as a whole and the magazine “Navigator of the Game World” in particular. In order not to go into the jungle at all, the easiest way to send you to the opus Andrei Poshibyakin “Gamezhur”, which seems to be added by all the same. If in a nutshell-in those days, many editors had to write columns under three to five pseudonyms, so they were happy there to any graphomaniacs.
Gradually, in these « orderlies » it became less and less from the guide and more and more from science fiction, which led to the publication of the entire saga in paper form.
In fact, a rather inexpressive book was obtained, in fact – a brochure. I stumbled upon it at the time in the city library, about the year, approximately in 2005, and it did not look like a fountain – there were not enough pages, the paper was softer to the toilet, the cover was mint and faded. Its circulation was nothing-some three thousand pieces, and it is all the same that one of them managed to be three thousand kilometers from St. Petersburg.
And yes – the book is complete shit. But intriguing-suddenly this is all a trick, and at some point the instructions for playing the multiplayer of the dead game will end, and there will be at least a logical finale, but alas-the book was felt literally unfinished.
That is why, in the end, I climbed on the Internet with the only device I have available to me then – using the Siemens C75 phone. Traffic was then unpleasantly expensive, but I still achieved mine – I found an electronic version of the « orderlies ». And, suddenly, « orderly dungeons 2 unreal ». I did not see the magazines « Navigator of the Game World » in the end of the nineties, and did not know that this, in fact, was just another series of guides, but not by K Whika, with the same characters. And he was even worse than fan fiction on « Kweika ».

However, this is no longer important. Both of these taht files were read by me from the tiny screen of the old « Siemens », just for the announcements of the upcoming game. Let’s go to it already.

He then worked at the 1C publishing house, moved around the life, and understood that the iron should be forged while he was warmly and signed the goblin to make the gorky 17 goblin – well, you all know this story, when only in Russia the game still could not, without troubles, publish.

Snowball – strange guys. Initially, they had to make three games for 1C at once-these are “omnipotent sorcerer”, “Mercury-8” and “Prince”, bringing only the latter to the release, since it was considered a small game that will help to pass the time before the release of “Vseslav”. “Vseslav” was in no hurry to go out and hung in the development status of up to the crisis of 2008, and they eventually gave the name “Mercury-8” they gave the Polish RPG Space Hack localized, purely that the tradmark would not idle.

Vsevolod Ivanov was another good acquaintance – he also managed to read the “orderlies” to the holes, finish the Petrozavodsky state, and work in Gamdev – in the St. Petersburg studio Madia, which is known to the elderly gamer “Storm”, Addon for it “Soldiers of the Sky”, Starmic and Inadvertent Suhern “Gelian” and forgotten the “Patriot”: Patriot:Democratzation « .
Vsevolod managed to participate in the creation of the missions only for “storms”, there, by coincidence, Miroshnikov sent Goblin in order to write the next texts.

And since direct gaming would look too dashing, well, if you take even a modern edition of the book, you will see very little plot and a lot of layouts on the damned Quake, classic Team Fortress, the CTF mode there..
Hmm. Well, how is it to « play »?
As a result, they decided to take a tiny one, I now with difficulty found it at all, an episode-in it the heroes remember how they were once dropped on a planet-tuture. In the book itself, it is worth clarifying again, the plot did not go beyond the description of the Kuake 2 Ground Zero additions, and in it, of course, there were neither galactic empires, nor cosmic Nazis, nor a tune, nor short guides in the thieves’ phenomenon, nothing. In other words, there was simply a titanic work to create a game universe, for which the ID Software would not be wrapped.

So, the acquaintance of these three wonderful people took place, the idea was born and her pitching began. Vsevolod Ivanov, as a true fan of Puchkov, successfully mastered his style of letter and settled for the script, Miroshnikov, as already mentioned, pulled up a team that was supposed to implement the idea, and the goblin himself settled for the voice acting of the “Lord of the Rings”, which, later, will divide his life into “before” and “after”.
Everything sounds too good to be true, right? Everything is so
Initially, the game was created on the engine « Prince » by people from Snowball. How, why, why – there are no answers, except for the most obvious – savings. They remind them, the first “prince” planned to be released to the 97th, and they were transported as a result until the 99th.

Fortunately 1C in general and Goblin in particular, at the same time a wonderful Skyfallen studio was formed, with its own engine, which they created for their own RPG “Blood Magic”. The engine under the simple name Theengine was a real find – it gave a fairly high -quality picture, was flexible to use and not tied to one specific genre. In addition to the “orderlies” and “magic”, by the way, “Prince 3” was subsequently made on it, a series of step -by -step wargams “Code of War”, several parts of King’s Bounty, RTS “Majesty 2”, a series of global strategies “Warlock”, and even the Death Track raceRessurection «
With a new engine and a team, which consisted of Nivalovites, Skyfollovites and Snowolists, the business went much more cheerful, and by the 2006th year the game saw the White Light. And usually the transfer to the new engine is fraught with tightening the deadlines, but thanks to the multifaceted elaboration of the world, even purely the forces of Snowball, the game was simply redesigned to 3D without any problems.
Everything turned out as successful as possible – and the goblin then already became a media value, and the engine showed a beautiful picture, and in general, the period was the most blessed time, when domestic slopes did not completely strangle everyone from the motives of cinema blockers.
So what happened after all these ordeals.
Actually, release

In general, in the process of gathering our team, we plow the planet along and across, shoot cannibals, blacks, Asians, Nazis (but nevertheless we enter their ranks), simple prisoners. and die a whole bunch of various ways. Really, the Game Over screens are one of the best parts of the game, we can suddenly go crazy, be killed by the head of the zone eaten by cannibals.
In places, the game is distinguished by remarkable non -linearity, though here, as in Kinz from Telltale, how do not dodge, the ending is exactly one, where you explode shuttle and fly off the planet with comrades, unless, of course, consider the endings of the geimover screens.
In general, the game is one continuous parody of everything that « only to the floor is not screwed up ». The themes of prisoners, intolerance, various games, films, even anime, books, fifth, tenth, everything is flavored with the bearded jokes of the times of the late stagnation are faced. And this is precisely what the game is close to Fallout spiritually, which is essentially the same banter, only over the USA, the presence or absence of a nuclear apocalypse is purely secondary – this is just one of the topics. By definition, the Russian person, who is trying to escape, hide from the pressure of the surrounding reality, which will always catch up and jerk on the head when you do not wait for this at all. The eternal search for the frontier, the development of the Kuban, the Caucasus, Siberia, and each time the authorities always come there, who must be kept and not let go. And from time immemorial, the hero in the hearts of people is a free person, sometimes even a robber, and this is not necessarily a troublesome – just a person who did not obey the pointer from above.

The survivors were taken out, and the planet itself went into the ownership of the empire, which began to use this place as a link for those sentenced to lifelong.

The most important skill for survival at the first stage of the game is, do not believe it, pocket theft. The fact is that for a successfully stolen thing, you are poured as many experience glasses as this very thing is worth. Starting with small, from mushrooms or carrots, after the industrial zone you can even steal a weapon from those NPCs that can potentially attack you on any quest. Things that you cannot steal is quite a bit, and they are either just too expensive for you, or are assigned to the character in the quest.
In addition to experience, theft will help to put together initial capital, which will allow you to buy various kinds. Do not neglect them – you often miss, enemies are painful, all treatment acts instantly, in the settings you can turn on the autopause for any reason, and everything is in this spirit.
At one time, Moshnili’s game is just because of the realy, a step-by-step mode that would go more tactical game, but I think that this is all from under the horse, since there is no tactics in the game. Yes, you can squat, go to bed or run, but all this is done so slowly and sedate that it is easier to spit treatment and feel calm.

And quests, quests, quests, and some sometimes even funny – now, after escaping from the industrial zone, we can look for a homeless man with the nickname Aragorn pants that another bum stolen from him. The mechanics of the game as a whole are not on our side – if you thoughtlessly click on any item that restores health, sooner or later you will get either kvass or vodka. Well, that is, literally, everything was done purely in order to pin the player, and does not bear any more goals. Well, isn’t it fine?

Imperial weapons are needed only with a stretch – in the team for all characters it is well bustled and without our help.
As already mentioned, there is nonlinearity in the game, and here it appears a second time. Actually, you can get to a shuttle prepared for an escape in two ways-either along a branch of quests of local highlanders-chanbals, or through the Nazis. But it somehow does not please-most of the side quests are available in any passage.

And everyone lives a plus or minus in the world, as they try not to cross the boundaries without much need.
It sounds, of course, insanely sad, the roads back, to civilization, for local inhabitants are no longer there, and is not expected, but at the same time all those present have such freedom that did not dream upstairs. They want-they cosplay Naziks, they want-they are chosen by a gang, which can only be opposed by another gang, they want-they go into agriculture, business, they just work for those who are stronger, and everyone somehow lives, live their age.
By the way, there are also no children in the world – all women whom we can meet in the role of priestesses of love or trade are sterilized before sending. Also, in a certain sense, game conventionality.
Well, okay, in the end we still get the very imperial weapon, storm the hangar with the shuttle, destroy it and fly away from the planet, giving the last battle to the Aryans. I’ll say a terrible thing – I never bought licensed discs. Well, I took the maximum from friends to drive something like that, like « Space Rangers », the disk with which was walking throughout the class. And the second « orderlies » I, of course, bought 16 games in 1 in the collection. And what would you think – there was a bug that guaranteed to lead the game when trying to take advantage of the ferry to Kthulhu. I even managed to agree with the sellers and exchange the disk, but this did not correct the situation.
The patch, of course, was found with the help of a poor Internet at school, in the office of computer science, in the same place he was downloaded, but, in the end, he did not stand on the version of the game that I had. And so I would score hell, but then the circumstances of the insurmountable power intervened – my dad. He then generally played the same thing in which I, between shifts in the mine, did not know how to put new games, and did not study. And yes, he also passed and Neverwinter Nights, And Dungeon Siege, And Titanquest, and several parts Call of Duty, And, of course, « Dunights of the dungeons », who were wildly entered. Actually, in the framework of the struggle with this bug, I was awarded four hundred rubles and the go -ahead was given to acquire a license. Four hundreds are not a joke for you. It was possible to buy four collections with games. That’s the same.

In general, the second part of the saga about the cosmodesant. The plot is even more primitive than in the first, we play for Sergeant Hartman, who was supposed to be with the rest of the group when falling on the planet, but something went wrong, he was a poisonous ostrich, and he hit whom exactly during the action of the first part of the game. There is no transfer of storage, there is no continuity with the original, and even everything begins suspiciously like. Yes, we are again in prison inside the prison, except that BIM is now snowy. It may even start to creep in the feeling that we were sold the same game for the second time.
But this is only at first glance. To be honest, this happens infrequently, but real work was carried out here on the mistakes of the original. Part of the characteristics were thrown out, the algorithm of treatment was rewritten as a whole, critical blows to different parts of the body can tear them off – only the heads were shot in the original. These very goals even had facial expressions and some kind of animation of the conversation.
Hand on the genitals, we can say that the game is felt not so much by the second part, but large DLC. They took, scraped off the installation floor, all that they did not have time to add to the original, and blinded the « Black Square Hunt ». But everything is a little more complicated.
On the one hand, the game began to be felt straighter and more pleasant. Straight by a wonderful Russian roof, just as it should. On the other hand – goblin.
By 2008, Dmitry Yuryevich in his hypostasis is a funny translator, to put it mildly,. And the text, I remind, remained exactly the same, even with a slight feeling that the authors signed up. I can’t recall a single right quest from the second part, well, except, of course, a quest with the island of Ktulhu, but there is more guilty that the game flew out like a scum in this place.
In addition to everything, Dimyurych also felt like a conductor, but climbed into the process of developing the game much more actively. In particular, the so -called « correct game mode » shoved out.
This is, frankly, an extra-fired garbage, because of which the game turns into a banal arcade with a view of the Cannon Fodder 3, not by night will be mentioned. The essence is extremely simple – we are not a cadet, like the heroes of the original, but a whole sergeant, right? It is worthless to receive levels to the younger command staff on the murder of rats, he is already super-soldier and capable of everything, just like a witcher of some kind. In other words, in this mode we are already playing for a ready -made character who does not receive experience, and is growing only in authority and capital.
And this is an extremely ambiguous thing. I understand, the notorious logic of the world, but Camon. This is the Tovo, Crownge. We get a strange action with an isometric look. With this approach, I understand that a shooter in the open world would go, but the budget was only on the addon.
On the other hand, nothing prevents us from choosing a classic mode at the beginning of the game, and get, I am not afraid of this word, excellent roof. Yes, it is more difficult to play in it, but the inconspicaces have gone, and at a minimum of money and experience you can always finish on a global card on an unlimited scale, where we now see how just the hordes of the banduugans who are just waiting for you to finally disperse. It is even surprising who is enough to leave the cities, while Hartman is fierce on the planet with his gang?
In addition, they fixed the fighting, ballistics, threw the hand -toopomes to a working species, added three unique weapons, which can only be assembled through the pharma of this very global card, and even imagine, aces, that is, the buff for the whole game after fulfilling some conditions.
